Thank you for your question! Based on your photos, I would recommend a tummy tuck. This procedure will give you the flattest stomach possible, by repairing muscle separation from having babies, and removing the excess skin and fat to the abdomen. Liposuction alone, will only remove fat, leaving more loose skin to the abdomen. I recommend discussing specific procedure recommendations with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
Hi, thank you for your question. You may need to combine your BBL procedure with a tummy tuck because you would be a good candidate for skin removal from your abdomen. This can be done in one or two stages. Liposuction alone in this area may not be enough to give you the best result.Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over your goals and answer your questions.I hope this helps. Best of luck!
A tummy tuck with lipo would be your best option. you have excess skin that lipo will not correct and rectus diastasis that also requires a tummy tuck to correct.
Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Thank you for your question, you need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. You will likely need to lose weight first before undergoing any cosmetic procedure to get the best outcome. For best results, it is recommended to be at your ideal or stable weight before getting a sculpting liposuction procedure. Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure; rather, it is for sculpting, defining and removing problem areas that cannot be removed with weight loss, diet and exercise alone. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin. In the meantime, I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a bariatric doctor or dietitian. Best, Dr. Emer
