Will cryo fat freeze/cool sculpting damage liver or kidneys?

Great question. Those procedures you mentioned should not involve any area near your spleen. However, based on your concerns, I will suggest visiting your primary provider for further details.

Coolsculpting won't affect your liver, but I suggest you see your physician and an Antiaging and wellness physician to help with weight loss and internal wellness/antiaging.

Multiple studies show that there is no worsening of liver tests in normal patients. My advice is to prioritize your health and visit your family doctor to review your liver health whether or not you choose to proceed with this procedure. 

If you have internal fullness or am concerned about liver problems, please see your medical physician. Cool sculpting won't affect your liver or kidneys, but it does not always remove all the excess fat. Liposuction is a more sure way to remove fat safely.

First, if you suspect cirrhosis or another liver condition, get that checked out. Second,  cryotherapy should have no effect on underlying structures. Personally, I do not place much stock in this procedure as opposed to liposuction. Neither is a weight loss substitute. Best wishes.

Alcohol induced liver disease is typically asymptomatic and chronic though binge drinking can cause acute liver damage. Pain associated with alcohol abuse is mostly due to pancreatitis which often gives back pain.
I suggest you start by setting an appointment with your primary care doctor to review your overall health Including the condition of your liver.
I would also recommend attending local AA meetings, getting a sponsor and following the 12 step program.
Many people who seek fat removal treatments and are not overweight are not good candidates for any fat removal procedure because of secondary issues like skin laxity, Excess Intra-abdominal fat etc.
Why don’t you re-post showing a picture of the area you’re concerned about. You can keep your face out of it for anonymity. This way you can get some idea in regards to if this is an appropriate procedure for you. If you walk in to a doctors office asking for cool sculpting you’re going to most likely sell you the procedure you’re asking for.
Is having your problem areas treated with a procedure that has dismal patient satisfaction and is questionable in its efficacy in the first place something that should be a priority in your life?
isn’t getting your life back in order something that should take precedence.
