Answer: You are not symmetrical The human body it’s not symmetrical. Your heart is on the left side, Yebba three lung lobes on the right, two lung lobe’s on the left, the spleen is on one side and Deliver on the other. People are right handed or left-handed. Everybody’s face is a symmetrical as well. People have a dominant side usually the left eye socket sets higher than the right which often leads to left eyebrow to sit higher than the right.most women’s left breast sets half an inch higher on the chest wall on the right side.this is true for men as well.We’re not supposed to be symmetrical, or not symmetrical and should not be symmetrical.You don’t need intervention for normal asymmetry.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
