Would you all recommend a Tummy tuck, BBL, breast exchange be done at the same time or separate? Cost?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction and BBL.
This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the
bikini line.Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A BBL could give you improved contour of your buttocks.  With appropriate medical clearance and meticulous technique, it is safe to have the procedures at the same time. The most important aspect is to find
a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could
have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I usually do all of these procedures at the same time unless there is a compelling reason not to. Using your tummy tuck incision is great to place saline and silicone implants. Not only is it possible to place your breast implants through your tummy tuck incision, it is my preferred method in that it does not take extra time and leaves no scars on your breasts. I have been using this approach for more than 25 years with great satisfaction from my patients. You might consider using the fat from your Lipo rather than buttock implants.

Thank you for your question. I do not think it is a good idea to have a tummy tuck and BBL at the same time. I believe you will have better results if you stage the procedures. First do liposuction to harvest fat from the hips, flanks, thighs, and abdomen. This fat can be used for the BBL. Once you have recovered from Stage 1, a full tummy tuck can be performed. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon who commonly performs these procedures. Ask to see a lot of before and after pictures of their work. Hope this helps and good luck.

by geographic location, surgeon expertise, OR time, anesthesia, length of
procedure etc. I would recommend that you go to The American Society of
Plastic Surgery website and look for a list of board certified plastic surgeons
in your area. You can call their offices in advance and ask for quotes
prior to scheduling consultations.

Thank you for your question.  I usually suggest that my patients have the tummy tuck and BBL procedures separately.  In your case, for example, I usually suggest the TT and implant surgery be performed in one surgery followed some months later by the lipo and BBL.  If you perform the lipo with the TT and breast surgery, you will possibly not have enough fat remaining for the BBL procedure.  

I would recommend you to do the TT and implant change and the lipo in 1 surgery. Then later on after you fully recuperate you can do the BBL. Best of luck
