Mommy Makeover Cost

The cost of the mommy makeover can vary based upon many factors including the location, surgeon, hospital, and more. All of these factors will need to be discussed with your surgeon during consultation in order to determine the price for everything that you are having done. Best of luck to you.

Mommy makeover cost

First off, make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon for any plastic surgery. There are many cosmetic surgeons who may not be trained in plastic surgery who still can offer you surgery. Second, don't let price drive you to have surgery from a surgeon with whom you are not comfortable with. Third, you need to decide between breast augmentation, breast lift, liposuction, mini-tummy tuck, full tummy tuck, and body lift procedures.
In Columbus, Ohio where I practice, the total price (surgeon's fees, anesthesia fees and facility fees) for a mommy makeover can range between $6000 and $14000.

Mommy Makeover Cost

Thank you for your question about Mommy Makeover.

The cost of a mommy makeover depends on the combination of the procedures you wish to have done and on the prices charged by the surgeon you choose to see.

Realself provides data for the average cost of procedures in your geographic area.

To learn what might be right for you, see two or more board-certified plastic surgeons in your area for a full and complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.

I hope this helps.

How much is a mommy makeover?

The cost of the mommy makeover depends on lots of things.  The two most important are where you are living and what type of breast surgery your are planning

As far as the breast surgery goes a mommy makeover is a tummy tuck coupled with a breast augmentation, breast lift, breast augmentation with a lift or a breast reduction.  The most expensive would be a breast augmentation with a breast lift as the implants themselves are expensive.

As a ball park a mommy makeover with a breast lift would cost anywhere from $7K-$14K.  A breast augmentation in conjunction may add an additional $2k-$3K for the cost of the implants, depending on the type of implants used.

A word of caution don't just look for the best price.  Find the right surgeon that is going to care for you well. Who will listen carefully to what you want.  Someone that will provide excellent results and be there to care for you if there are any problems after surgery.  Saving money by going to the cheap surgeon may be a very costly mistake.  I see a lot of patients that have had less than ideal work done.  The most expensive surgery is having to pay for it twice!  And it will never look as good as if it was just done right the first time.

Cost of a Mommy makeover

  • Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. See the below link on suggestions on how to find the most qualified plastic surgeon for your procedure. General Factors that influence the price of plastic surgery include:

  • 1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. RealSelf has average charges for most areas of the USA.

  • 2. Type of Anesthesia - local, IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used?

    3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best and longest trained is most often a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery

    4. Length and Complexity of Surgery - how difficult will your surgery be and how long it will take, etc. Will other complementary procedures also be also performed during the same surgery?

Mommy Makeover - Cost?

Thank you for your question. It is worth having multiple consultations to evaluate cost variation among surgeons in your area. The cost for a mommy makeover commonly ranges from $12,000 - $18,000. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon based upon experience and the results he or she can deliver, not just on cost alone. Hope this helps and good luck with your procedure.

Mommy Makeover costs

The costs for Tummy Tuck or Mommy Makeover will vary depending on what region of the US you live in, the physician doing the surgery and the combination of procedures. The cost can usually be broken down in to the surgical fee, the operating room fee, and the anesthesia fee. As the OR and anesthesia often charge by the hour, these fees can vary depending on how long it takes to do the procedure. Someone very petite with no fat (just loose skin) will take less time than someone larger. Total costs in the Bay Area probably range from under 10K to close to 15K or 20K. Depending on your insurance plan, repair of a hernia at the same time may be covered as well as some or all of the OR and anesthesia costs. This can vary widely. Select a plastic surgeon you are comfortable with who will take great care of you and has the talent to deliver the results you are looking for. Don't make price the deciding factor but take it into overall consideration.
Good luck!

Cost of a mommy makeover

The cost of a mommy makeover can vary greatly depending on the geographic region that you are looking in. With that said, the average cost of a mommy makeover in the U.S. is $12,000-$15,000. While price can surely be a factor when seeking out a surgeon, it is important to ensure that the surgeon you are meeting with is indeed board certified in plastic surgery.
