There are not enough superlatives to describe Dr Erin Smith, from her pleasant bedside manner to her expertise in facial reconstruction. She will make you look like your younger, natural self/nothing artificial. I had consults with several plastic surgeons & she, by far, impressed me the most. I am so happy I chose her to do my procedure! Just have a consult w/her- you will not be disappointed.
Oh my - how could you not have surgery at Buckingham Surgery Center with Dr. Smith. The staff, the care, the expertise; they are all exceptional. My case was complicated and Dr. Smith exceeded my expectations.
I had a double hanging waddle under my neck that I despised -and spent most of 2020/2021 staring at thanks to Zoom. I finally got the money bd courage to get it done. The surgeons I consulted with all suggested a temporal brow lift as I have a heavy forehead. I was super worried about Not looking like myself, or looking like I've had work done but I finally decided to go ahead. I am only 2 1/2 weeks out and still have some swelling -and one eye seems not as lifted as the other (I've contacted the doctor) but I'm thrilled with the neck/lower face!! Updated on 26 Sep 2021: Still thrilled With the results, here are some more recent pictures. The Temporal scar is about a quarter sized. With light/thin hair you could see it if you looked but it can be covered and is fading. The tightness in the neck has gone an left a softer/natural look. Not as tight but also not as tight lol but I wanted natural.
Hello and thank you for your question. When it comes to nostril symmetry (and rhinoplasty in general), it can be difficult to obtain perfect results. Based on the photos you have provided, the asymmetry that you are perceiving may be due to a slight notching of left ala. If this is the case, these can be challenging to correct. It would be helpful to have the details of operative report to aid in offering a possible explanation. You may benefit from a repeat consultation with the surgeon who did your initial procedure.
Hello. To best address your concern it would be helpful to analyze a lateral view photo and to have the details of your previous surgery available. It is possible that you have either herniation or pseudoherniation of some or all of the lower eyelid fat pads, although it does appear that there is some degree of volume deficiency as well. Various options exist for addressing volume deficiency including injectable fillers and autologous fat transfer. You may benefit from a detailed in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon in your area.
Thank you for the question. It would be helpful to know exactly what you are hoping to achieve in terms of your scar appearance. While scars can be minimized in most cases, it is impossible to prevent a scar whenever a skin incision is made. A scar revision is certainly an option and may help to achieve a more refined result. I would recommend discussing this with the surgeon who performed your procedure to best address your goals.
Hello and thank you for your question. It is difficult to make a proper assessment based on the photograph you have supplied. While there are various options for facial rejuvenation, including neuromodulators, surgical procedures and ablative/non-ablative lasers, it would be prudent to have an in person examination by someone with experience and training in these techniques. You may benefit from seeing a facial plastic surgeon who could properly assess you.
Hello and thank you for your question. In terms of procedures that can be performed on the face, you may benefit the most from being assessed by a surgeon who has training and experience in this area. You might consider an in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to properly assess your needs. Complications are an inherent risk to any procedure, however the likelihood of experiencing while, while not eliminated, is typically reduced with experience.
