Five stars is not enough to fully describe my experience. Every aspect of my surgical experience was professional , direct and sincere. From the initial consultation to the post surgery visits I experienced excellence with Dr Mahony, her team (Jubie and Claudia) and those she trusts to support her patients. I found the office to be clean, modern and private and the staff to be polite and discreet. I appreciate that she has very high standards for herself and anyone interacting with her patients. I am new to this type of surgery and therefore had many questions which she and her team answered quickly and thoroughly always ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied. There is no one I trust more and would highly recommend Dr Mahony.

I am 31 and got a breast a lift a month ago from Dr Ellen Mahony after over 3 years of contemplating the decision! From the initial consultation to post-surgery, she and the team made me feel so comfortable and heard. Many other doctors I saw were pushing implants on me but doctor Mahony was the first doctor I saw that was on the same page and me and so I knew I would be in great hands. My surgery went longer than expected because “Dr Mahony is a perfectionist” and I couldn’t be more grateful about that! My results are phenomenal and so far, my incisions look like they will heal very nicely. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!! I actually look like I do have implants because of how great they look and will definitely come back to her for any future procedures. Photos are 24 hours apart from one another! 48 years old, 5'3" Asian female with a desire to address a few areas of opportunity: small breasts and a lower abdominal shelf. I've had small breasts (32C, no upper pole fullness) all my life and considered augmentation in my 20s but never really felt the need to make changes. I've been fit most of my life with a flat stomach however, 50lb pregnancy weight gain and loss (in less than 3 months), and a c-section resulted in a deflated stomach with an overhang. No amount of diet and exercise would resolve the pooch shelf. I was tired of wearing padded bras to fill out tops and wearing spanx to help smooth out my abdominal area to button up my pants. Moving up pants size wasn't an option as the proportions were not correct. In June of 2024, I decided move forward with a mommy makeover but needed to find a surgeon I was comfortable with. I had three consults for breast augmentation and abdominoplasty and it was obvious Dr. Ellen Mahony was the one. Dr. Mahony's calm demeanor and listening skills made me extremely comfortable. She's extremely detail oriented and transparent with the results that can or cannot be achieved. What I appreciated most about Dr. Mahony is she did not try to sell me procedures I didn't need (lipo) like the other consults I had. Scheduling the surgery, pre-op and sizing appointments were a breeze. The staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to assist in any way. Example 1: I had trouble obtaining a note from my endocrinologist to clear me for surgery. Alex called the endocrinologist's office and arranged for the paperwork to be faxed over. Example 2: one of my incisions under the breast was weeping a very small amount of fluid about three weeks post surgery. I texted photos and received an immediate response from Alex and a follow up call from Jubie as soon as she got out of surgery. The team addressed my concerns swiftly and emphasized their willingness to assist in any way. Breast augmentation (Mentor 225 saline, filled to 250 and 260) and a full abdominoplasty with small vertical incision was completed December 2024. I took it easy for two weeks until drain removal. Once the drain was removed I walked around the neighborhood to get moving and gradually increased mileage. I was cleared by Jubie to return to the gym at 4 weeks. I'm extremely ecstatic with my results. My breasts are beautiful and my stomach is flat! I can see my abdominal muscles again! If you're interested in a mommy makeover, don't hesitate to choose Dr. Mahony!
