Question

What would you recommend? I am extremely self-consciously as it is very noticible. I thought a neck lift would be enough but now I'm thinking not. I don't really want to mess with my whole face, particularly with very tight uplifted cheeks that will make me look like a cat.. any suggestions? I can't find many photos on this site that are as ugly as mine. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

A necklift will provide the best outcome with excellent longevity for you. During this procedure, excess soft tissue under the chin (including fat) are removed and both, the muscle and skin need be be tightened. In order to provide you with harmony of the jawline and neck, I would strongly recommend a jowl-lift. Find a facial cosmetic surgeon with ample experience in neck lifting so that you achieve a predictable and stable result.

Congratulations on your #weight loss. Without photos, it's difficult to determine if a non-surgical treatment will address your concern. Also, it really depends on the amount of #sagging you are experiencing.  The presence of banding down the front of the #neck, and, amount of excess skin and condition of your skin are among some factors which determine if you are a #candidate for #rejuvenating the neck. During an in-person examination, your chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. A weak #chin implies a lack of chin support for the skin along the neck line. In younger individuals a chin implant alone is usually all that is needed to improve the appearance of the neck. Subsequently, it will also improve the overall #balance of the face and can create the illusion of a smaller nose. As a stand-alone procedure, chin augmentation can be performed in the office under local #anesthesia. Thank you for your question. A neck lift can improve the look of your neck and jowls by utilizing incisions but also by leveraging liposculpture and laser resurfacing. Congratulations on losing the weight! The lower half of the face, from the check bone down and including the neck is actually all connected. A great deal of what you see in the neck has migrated from the face. You should be an excellent candidate for a lower face (Cervical-facial) lift. benefit from a mini facelift with a neck lift.  If good technique is used,
this can be done with minimal scarring and can result in a natural look, not
over-done look, with rejuvenation of your face.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect
is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek

The fibrous/muscular tissues of the lower face and neck are lifted and tightened, improving the countour of the lower face, jawline, and neck. I recommend you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who is experienced in facelift surgery.
