If you would like further definition of your neck and jawline, a combination of removing fat and tightening skin would be the best suggestion. There are many options to remove fat, ranging from liposuction to kybella and this would contour your neck to give it further definite. To tighten skin if needed would be some type of of energy based device such as RF based technology or ultherapy. This could be decided at a later date as you appear young enough that your skin would likely redrape without appearing loose.Another procedure to consider would be to further define your chin, and this can be done with an implant or fillers.
Thank you for your question. A neck lift can give you a more definitive shape along the jawline. Surgical lifting and gentle tightening of the underlying muscle tissues of the neck combined with liposculpture and rejuvenation technology can provide you with an improved side and frontal profile. I suggest that you move forward and consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon. Best wishes,
Liposuction of the jawline and neck is easy and you are back to work in 1 day and can drive yourself home after the procedure with almost no bruising nor swelling in most cases.
from the limited views presented it appears a liposuction of this area will give you what you want. If the muscle is involved it would need to be modified as well. See a very experienced surgeon for this.
Although its difficult to tell from a photo, you might need muscle modification to the platysma to get a change in shape of your neck, in addition to the traditional liposuction and possible chin implant suggestions. Its best to get a personal consultation to determine what you need.
Your chin lacks some definition and contour and can be improved with a combination. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative with or without thermage/ultherapy/exilis. PDO nova threads can further improve the jawline. See an expert. Best. Dr. Emer
From the limited photographs, it appears that there is fatty deposits in the neck and a recessive chin profile. A chin implant procedure can accomplish bringing the chin forward to help with facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the projection of the nose. Liposuction in the neck can accomplish removal of fatty deposits in that area. For many examples of both procedures, please see the link and the video below
Because of your genes, you have inherited a neck that does not have a significant amount of definition or shape. Your chin is also somewhat soft. These can both be treated extremely well through one hidden incision behind the chin. Liposuction and chin mplant are *not* the best answer. We need to modify the deeper muscke/grand shapes you inherited. The result can be life changing (see "incisionless necklift" video of young woman on linked page). This is na advanced technique - I would love to help you.
Deficient chin contour will require a chin implant to correct both horizontal and vertical deficiency. This can easily be done to improve your facial balance. Please see link below for examples.
Dear allana99, You would be an excellent candidate for sub-mental and cervical liposuction to help sculpt your jawline and chin augmentation to provide more projection and balance to your facial profile and over all facial aesthetics. These procedures are commonly performed in conjunction with one another and have extremely high patient satisfaction and a very quick recovery. Seek consultation with some experts and have imaging performed to show you how rewarding the results can be. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
Usually the skin loosens from attachments to muscle It is possible to separate the skin from the muscle with a simple but slightly painful needle stick that can sweep under the skin to separate it from the muscle. The muscle can be calmed down with a small dose of Botox. Massage with a small ...
