I’m currently a 32b and very petite. I’m 5”2 around 8stone. My ps said biggest I should go is 240cc over the muscle I’m just wondering what size this will roughly take me too ? I’m aware of my height and do not want to look out of proportion for my height but also want to be able to tell I’ve had my breasts done. Also could/should I go bigger if my ps advised 240cc biggest?
Answer: Implant Type and Sizing Selection Hi hakunamatata111, Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Implants volume Thanks for the question. Based on your photos and information i think that 280-300cc will be an excellent choice for you keeping a natural appearance of your breast but with adequate volume. Its very important for you to know that the best way to select the implant is after a complete personal evaluation. Kind regards

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implant for you That 240cc implant will approximately make you 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup size bigger. But more important is whether that size will give you the "look" on your body that you desire. After I discuss my patient's goals and measure them, we then look at pictures of patients of mine with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what can be achieved. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author

Answer: Size I would suggest going back to your surgeon and ask to try on a 240 sizer just to get an idea about what size you may be. Bras are not made to standardized sizes and do vary from brand to brand.

Answer: Implants You can go as big as you want. I rarely put implants in that are less than 325cc. You just have to decide how big you want to be, and tell your surgeon. Good luck
