Thanks so much for reaching out. It is normal to have any different sensations and even gurgling sounds coming from your breast pocket after breast augmentation. Make sure you’re following up closely with your plastic surgeon to be sure that everything is as expected.I hope this helps :-)

 It would be best to consult directly with your surgeon, as he/she knows your condition best. It is not uncommon to feel some sensations post-op until you are fully healed. Follow your surgeon's instructions closely to prevent complications.

Congratulations on your breast augmentation.  Your result looks excellent.  I do not think the small pop that you felt created a serious problem.  However it is always better to contact her plastic surgeon for an examination to make certain that all is well and not to rely on Internet advice.
