Thanks for the question and your pics. There is little more that non-invasive techniques can offer. The real role for these procedures is on the face. The neck requires actual suspension to correct laxity, such as the Labbé lift. This is performed under local with oral sedation in less than 3 hours, The benefit for you is that the banding seen in the neck side pleat area will be better corrected, and the skin is removed behind the ear and in the sideburn area, and healing is acceptable with makeup in a week. See a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this technique for a consultation and further details. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the question. Certainly local provides adequate anaesthesia and if you are anxious an oral sedative hypnotic will take the edge off. We tend to inject local for its anaesthetic benefit intra operatively whether or not you are asleep. The advantage too, is a relative cost saving since you don't require an anaesthetist if local and oral sedation are used. There are less post operative anaesthetic complications as well, like nausea and vomiting which can cause excessive bleeding post op, also a potential benefit long term as well. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your question and photos. Although still unapproved by Health Canada the Korean Thread lift would be your best option for the marionette and nasolabial fold hollows. The chin would benefit from calcium hydroxy appetite or Radiesse injections as the degree of lift is greater than with hyaluronic acid filler and lasts 18 months. Find an experienced aesthetic injector as these are different techniques than found in the usual scope of plastic surgery practice. Good luck.

Thanks for your question and photo. Based on what is visible in the photo of your infraumbilical scar you should benefit from a scar revision. The surgeon would be able to do this under local anaesthesia and even make the depression under the umbilical less visible. The down time will be less. You should be doing most activities without restriction in a month. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your question. Assuming there has been no infection around the implant we will usually simply take out the implant. The scar or capsule is usually thin and doesn’t lead to deformity if left in. Hope this helps .

Hi and thanks for your question. Mole excision  is often done for appearance reasons. It is your face and you need to make the best of it. We will align your excision in the appropriate direction to prevent tension on the closure. After the local anaesthetic has taken effect we sharply remove the mole down to the fat below. This removes all trace of the mole. Next the skin is neatly stitched in layers with a dissolving suture deep and a removable stitch on top which we remove in 5 days. Dressing is typically with paper tapes. Wound care instructions are given. It takes three months for the scars to reach a plateau  in formation. Most of the preventative treatments we offer are aimed at reducing scar to this point. If necessary the use of lasers can improve them beyond what has been achieved already. Price will range from 500-1500 depending on which areas are done and what we do in treating your scar to a best outcome.  Hope this help.

Thanks for your question and photo. Really hard to answer the part about the BBL, but based on the appearance of your belly a tummy tuck would definitely be  a good idea. The fat which is removed could be used to enhance the buttocks if that is what is decided you want. The best thing would be to seek an in person consultation with a board certified Plastic surgeon near you and get the details you need to make an informed decision.

Thanks

Thanks for you question and photos. Having healed fully the alternative to getting a tummy tuck would be to undergo a series of external radiofrequency skin and fat contouring treatments. After this any remaining dimples or depressions can be filled in with structural fat grafts. VASER Shape can be helpful here and will release the scarred area better than less invasive techniques allowing fat to be injected appropriately. Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified in this latter technology. Good luck.

Hello and sorry to hear about your misfortune. Another alternative which hasn't been mentioned by my colleagues is to have scar revision with either surgical and/or laser correction and structural fat grafting to fill in the hollows. the scar contractures at the bottom of the areaolae will especially be helped by this. The amount of size increase will be limited to one or 2 cup sizes but the shape improvement will be a good trade off to another implant. The donor site contouring afforded will also be a considerable side benefit to consider as a plus as well. Hope this gives you some options.

Thanks for your question and photos. Usually enough fat can be found in the thigh and and abdomen to graft both areas  the buttock will require 600cc and the breasts another 600. The result will be satisfactory but don’t expect more than a 1 cup size improvement  and the hollows will be rounded out. If you are interested in proceeding see a board certified plastic surgeon for further assessment and surgical details.

Excellent technique

Dr. Dolynchuk is fantastic. I was a bit worried at first but 7 days post op breast reduction and I am already impressed. Dr. Dolynchuk listened to what I wanted and has greatly delivered. He is a straight forward doctor which I appreciate as I am not a sugar coat kinda girl, I value and appreciate the directness. I am very pleased with the results thus far.
