Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, you can receive lip filler if you're on antibiotics. The face is a very vascular (blood-rich) area of your body, and thus has a great oxygen supply and subsequently, a very low risk of infection. Injection of a foreign body in such an area is unlikely to cause an infection. However, to be absolutely safe, you can always wait until the infection has been cleared before getting your filler, because even though the face is a low risk area of developing an infection, a foreign body always carries a risk of infection, albeit a very low one.
