I’ve had these skin-colored pimples on my face for years. What are they and can they be removed?

In order to determine the issue and thus recommend the proper treatment modality a picture is needed. I suggest consulting with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist in reference to this issue. If have you pimples you are likely going to need acne treatment which includes skin care, peels, clear and brilliant,  etc.  If this is related  to filler you would need to reverse the filler with hyaluronidase.  See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

On the other hand, they could be completely unrelated to the filler, as there are lots of skin bumps that can simply develop on their own. A dermatologist should be able to give you a proper diagnosis (and possible treatment options) once they see you in person. Best, of luck!

Without a physical exam or at least some pictures, it is impossible to help you with these lesions. We are surgeons, not mind-readers. These could be blackheads, skin tags, and a host of other more complicated skin lesions. I suggest you go see a local dermatologist to be evaluated.Good luck!
