Should I see my doctor for a lump underneath my bruise after receiving Juvederm for hollow under eyes after a week? (photos)

Lumps and/or swelling can be typical and it will resolve in 1-2 weeks. Icing, firm massage and arnica can help. I would wait a full 2 weeks before assessing results. Hope this helps

if you are worried about your filler results because there is swelling, lumps or bumps, give it 2 weeks to settle and then consider reversing it with hyaluronidase.   in the mean time you can use redlight such as lightstim, radiofrequency such as exilis ultra and venus legacy.  The cheeks always should be injected when doing the under eye and you maybe swollen because of poor techniue so see an expert for the best treatment and management.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. It is common for the swelling and bruising after injections to take 2-3 weeks to heal. Once that is complete, if you still feel a hard lump there, I would suggest seeing your surgeon for an evaluation.Hope this helps!

I would recommend giving it 2 weeks and see how it looks at that point. currently its hard to say if this is just swelling at an injection point, a small mass of clotted blood under the skin slowly dissolving or a limp of the filler. It takes at least 2 weeks to resolve the swelling associated with this procedure. If after that time frame they can try to dissolve the lump.
