The numbness is traveling up my cheeks and feels very uncomfortable. Is it possible that the injection damaged my nerves?

I had filler done to my cheen for about two weeks ago and i started bruising on one side and felt tingling sensation and numbness after a few days. Is it possible that the nurves in that are is damaged?is there anything i can do to get rid of this? should be worried?

The symptoms you describe are not typical.  I would contact your injector for an evaluation.  Numbness is common after injection if a numbing medication was used, but resolves after the first few hours.

does your doctor know you're having these symptoms? if not please inform them ASAP. its very likely that the filler was placed very close to the main nerve as it exits the skull bone. and that can hurt. nonetheless please contact them

Dermal filler injection can bruise and disrupt tissue, and it can take a few weeks to resolve. Have you followed up with your injector? I recommend giving them a call.
