If I have mild tuberous breasts, will it be possible to have ultra high profile implants?

You appear to have a common form of tuberous breasts in which the diameter measured horizontally is longer then the vertical dimension, because of the short distance from nipple to fold. Another way to say this is that the base of your breast is an oval rather than a circle. A UHP round implant will not be wide enough to give you good cleavage but may appear to sit too high because the fold cannot be lowered enough to center the implant behind the nipple. A for-stable implant with an oval base fits the shape of this type of breast very well.

From observing your pictures, you appear to have moderate (not mild) tuberous breasts - herniating areolas, level 1-2 ptosis and constricted lower pole. Your cup size appear small A and left breast is bigger than right breast.   I have been in practice for 30 years and operated on hundreds of tuberous breasts patients. The optimal procedure for your condition  is breasts augmentation with mini lift (donut, Benneli) and you do not need high profile implants. I used, almost exclusively , smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants to the delight of my patients (check reviews and photo gallery).  The sub areola entry  incision  technique is the best and most consistent for obtaining nice cleavage and precise fold, because the pocket dissection  can be done under direct vision and feel. The sub mammary incision is too far.  As far as implants' size, you did not provide your chest circumference measurement in inches, which is critical for the correct implants size selection. Let's assume that you are, currently,  34 small A cup size, 375-400 cc implants will get you to 34 C cup size.    You have to realize that not all results are the same, especially, tuberous breasts, because experience, technical skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. So, do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely, to avoid bad result and need for corrective surgery, which will double the cost of surgery and recovery time.    Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety.
