I had a breast lift in 2015 and 100 cc implants In 2017 I wanted to add some volume to my breast but remain natural looking so the doctor recommended 275 cc mod plus mentor round I am 9 weeks post op to me they look uneven I don't understand why or what the problem is he said to wait 12 months do they need fixing or are they ok

hello sammi332   It is quite common for the two breasts to heal differently. One may swell more, one may feel more uncomfortable, or the shapes may differ initially. After complete healing, they should look more similar and natural. Patience is required, but if you are concerned, ask questions of your doctor or the nursing staff. #post-op #problem

Thank you for your question, it is not uncommon for breast to be uneven after 9 weeks Breast Lift with Augmentation.  It may take close to 12 weeks before you see your final result.  The best suggestion is to stay in contact with your Plastic Surgeon, share your concerns.  
Always seek treatment and advised from a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.   You're just over 2 months post op and had a lift with augmentation, they tend to take longer to heal especially at the bottom of your breasts where they look squared verses rounded out .  Give it up to 6 months for the scar tissue to soften and round out at the bottom of your breasts, and for complete healing.  I would visit him or her then at that point to discuss if you need a revision or not.

I am sorry that you are having issues with your surgery. You do have asymmetry that will not get better with time. You did have asymmetry and larger implants did exaggerate the asymmetry.   I would recommend implant removal, revision of the lift and fat grafting to help with the size and symmetry. please see the link

I certainly see your concerns.  You are still very early post op and things will settle over time and hopefully improve.  Discuss these concerns with your plastic surgeon and ask him about his revision policy if you eventually need a revision.  Hope this helps.
