I had BA 4 yrs ago i am not happy in my breast augmentation it is malposition no cleavage not unless i wore a bombshell bra even with 425cc i got too much of a side boob which is painful whenever i lay flat on my back i had so much side boob. I ask my dr about it dr.Feldman from sugarland and he said it's the way my breast is. And i am not satisfied in what he said i want to go bigger utleast 700cc and achieve a Closer nicer cleavage? And I don't like my scar too no confident unless i put my bra on.

Answer: Cleavage Dear arcus888zeus,many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in symmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. That being said, the right amount of pocket dissection and implant selection can create excellent cleavage. Answer: Bigger implants will make it worse Your pictures show that you have bottoming out and lateral disposition. The reason for widen scar is that your implant move downward and are stretching your scar. I would recommend pocket revision and fat grafting for the cleavage. Please see the link .
