Breast revision and wanna go bigger 425cc I wanna to go for 700cc, will I get nicer cleavage? (photos)

hello arcus888zeus It’s important to know what size bra you currently wear. Is it a 32,
34, 36 bra, and, of course, the cup size? The strap size is important to
know because that affects the diameter of the cup and subsequently the
diameter of the breast implant that we choose. We also need to know your
height, your weight, and it’s helpful to know your dress size as well.
In addition, it would be very helpful if you include photos of
yourself. A front view, a side view, and a three-quarter view are most
helpful. This will let us see if there are any breast asymmetries, if
the breasts are narrow, if the breasts are wide, what your chest wall
looks.

Thank you for your question. A larger portion of my practice is devoted to revisionary breast surgery. You have a fairly straight forward fix with a lateral capsulorrhaphy (suturing the pocket) and medial capsulotomy (cutting the pocket). If you convince some surgeon to do what you want by trying to fill your gap with oversized implants, you can expect a lot of visible rippling along the medial border of your breasts that will prevent you from wearing low cut tops. Recurrent drop out (what you have now) and rippling elsewhere will also be your new companions. If you want to make your current implants better, then you will be rewarded with a beautiful result. Best of luck!

Dear arcus888zeus,many women seek improved cleavage. Narrowing the cleavage plane can be done very carefully by a skilled surgeon. Moving the implants too far medially can result in symmastia or unaboob which is very difficult to correct. That being said, the right amount of pocket dissection and implant selection can create excellent cleavage. In fact, several of my patients have found that several of my before and after photos have the narrow implant cleavage look that you are describing.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

Your pictures show that you have bottoming out and lateral disposition. The reason for widen scar is that your implant move downward and are stretching your scar.  I would recommend pocket revision and fat grafting for the cleavage. Please see the link . She had revision and fat grafting.

Thank your for your question and photograph.  It appears that your breasts have bottomed out.  In order to avoid prominence of the breast on the side "side boob" and still keep the implant centered on the nipple, a smaller base diameter implant will be necessary. You might want to consider one of the ultra high profile silicone gel implants which will give you the projection without the very large base width.  Some repair of the bottom of the capsule will also be necessary.  In light of your size and desire for very large breast implants, as an insurance policy against bottoming out again I would add Galaflex or Strattice at the bottom to support the implant.  Hope that is helpful.
