For my patients having this procedure, I recommend they take 7-10 days of work, 3 weeks off of cardio at the gym, and 6 weeks for weights and yoga. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon, who can create a personalized plan for you. Liposuction of the flanks under local with the smaller micro canulas can really help make the buttocks appear bigger without having to get fat injected into it.  Recovery time is 2 days that you can go back to work and 1 week later you are back to the gym. Cost is variable depending on practice location and surgeon's expertise. You should allow yourself 1-2 weeks of recovery time. You will be swollen for several seeks post op. Based on the photos it looks like you would be a good candidate for liposuction.  Liposuction prices vary from doctor to doctor.  I recommend setting up a consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss options and pricing.  The recovery for liposuction is about a week.

BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues.  It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically.  Liposuction of the flanks can result in a waist as small as possible.  Results can be seen immediately after one treatment and are more evident over three to six months post-treatment. Wait until six months to full evaluate the aesthetic results.  Sedentary activities can be resumed in two to three days and full activity with exercise within two to three weeks. Consult with a board certified PS who is an expert in lipo and BodyTite to determine if it would be your best option.

Judging by the before photos, you appear to be a good candidate for liposuction procedure.  It appears that you have isolated area of fat that can be addressed and give you the results you may be looking for.As far as cost is concerned, it really depends on the surgeon.  I would go on a couple consultations with board certified plastic surgeons in your area to discuss your options.  Cost is variable between every surgeon and every area.Hope that helps.

Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your flanks and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Most patients are able to return to work in 3 days.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a liposuction. Most liposuction patients need a few days of recovery, so you should be fine. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon.
