I am 26 years old and I have had saddlebags on my outer thighs that I have wanted to smooth out for a long time. I tried coolsculpting in the right side (right side is larger than left) but it did not make a big difference. I gained and lost about 50lbs around 11 years ago as a teenager, and do have cellulite, slightly loose skin and stretch marks on my thighs. I am at a healthy weight and want a small change to my contour to smooth the outer thigh without increasing cellulite / loose skin

Overdoing it should be avoided. Getting a nice skin contraction involves some relatively superficial liposuction with the method of choice, e.g., SAFE lipo, vaser, Smartlipo.  What is important is that your doctor has a good eye, keeps the fat removal conservative, smooth and even.

The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. Tum. liposuction with the micro canulas under local where the doc can stand you up occasionally to fine tune the results is the ONLY way to go.!!!  Adding BodyTite at the same time is icing on the cake.

It is more important to choose your surgeon correctly than liposuction technique as your results are surgeon dependent. Based on your photos, it looks like you might be a good candidate for a liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Many varieties of liposuction are available including ultrasonic, smart lipo, laser liposuction vaser lipo, power assisted liposuction, and conventional tumescent liposuction. The results depend very little on the method used and very much on the surgeon selected. Photos uploaded do not provide enough information for me to recommend the best treatment.  I would have to see you in person or view photos via Skype of your saddlebags and thighs to determine if BodyTite would help.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction, to improve your hips and outer thighs, and I think you'll get very good results. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thank you for your photos. Liposuction of the outer hips can help reduce the bulk of your hips and to improve their overall symmetry. I like to combine liposuction with cellfina in those patients with cellulite to individually release the noticeable dimples so that you can heal with a more smooth result. The goal is to just do a conservative amount of reshaping and "cleaning up" so that your skin does not become more loose after surgery.
