There’s really something special about Dr. Esmailian. He’s not a regular plastic surgeon, he’s an artist and it’s evident how passionate he is about his work. He wasn’t my first consultation but he was my last since I felt so safe after speaking to him. I forgot most of the questions I had prepared because you just know he’s the Doctor to choose after speaking with him. I couldn’t have imagined for my results to be this perfec; the work he’s done is life changing and I’ve never felt this confident. I’m so appreciative that there are doctors that make you feel 100% confident every step of the way.

AMAZING!! Dr. Esmailian did my breast reduction & tummy tuck surgery and I AM BEYOND thrilled with my results. I am a black woman, and my incisions are so clean and pretty. NO issues during recovery, very responsive and reassuring. I love that I got a lot of follow up appointments and saw the doctor each time.

I spoke to several doctors before landing on Esmailian and I chose him because he was kind, knowledgeable and reassured me that he felt confident doing my reduction and had worked with many larger than me (i wore a 36-38 GG-H cup). All the doctors I spoke to said my reduction would be complicated because of my size and the length of them since I have lost 80lbs and had a lot of excess skin - Esmailian confirmed my reduction is more complicated than the average, but that he was more than confident and im happy to say that I LOVE my results.

I got my breast augmentation done with Dr. Esmailian about 4 years ago and words can not describe how happy I am with my results. I was a 32c and wanted more cleavage so opted for 295 cc low profile. My recovery was amazing , took pain killers for 2 days and then flew away 6 days after procedure, had absolutely no complications. I would recommend him a million times if I could.

Dr. Esmalian and his staff were absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I called to make an appointment for a consultation to my very last check up, I felt so comfortable and am certain I made the right choice. I never really had large breasts to begin with and then I nursed my 2 kids and lost volume. I am now 8 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I opted for a more natural/smaller look and I got exactly what I asked for (415 CC in both). Recovery was super smooth (a lot smoother than I expected) thanks to his great work.

I was referred to Dr. E by a close friend and during my initial consultation, I was quickly put at ease by the medical staff. I am about 3 months post op & i can't believe the results that dr Esmailian performed on me. I came in with a tubular condition breast and he TRANSFORMED my boobies. Im more than happy with my results. He is such a great doctor he knows exactly what to do and he has such a great team standing with him from the office to the surgery room. im so thankful i chose him

I'm a 34yrs old mother of two beautiful kids. Me and my spouse have decided that were done with having children, so now the next exciting chapter is to finally commit to getting my mommy make over done

So far most of my swelling has subsided, I still have some swelling on my abdominal muscle area, however Im still numb around my abs and upper right thighs, the swelling has subsided at least by 50%, I’ve been draining less after day 5, now we’re seeing more yellow fatty blood through the drainage. my post op appointment is on Friday I can hardly wait for my drain to be taken out, and also stitching on my belly button has healed beautifully. I’m definitely thankful to have an amazing support system at home! Below I have a short list of what have been my saving grace this whole week.

Things to consider to purchase/ rent
- lift recliner chair. We bought one from Ashley’s furniture &spent around $1,000. For a good quality electric recliner, but you can also rent them from medical places! It’s much cheaper I got a quote for $300/month to rent it! Some insurance cover this as well!
- if you don’t already have a bidet, go order one and installed in your main room where you’ll be recovering. You can’t go to the bathroom by yourself the first 3 days!!! Purchase those conttonelle flushable toilet wipes. You’ll thank me later!
- get/borrow a walker! The walker helped so much for my post op appts to get in & out of my vehicle and into the medical facility. I also use this walker to walk myself around the house.
- electric compression socks, these are just good to have for the first 2, 3 days when you feel like you’re not ready to do your walks. To avoid blood clots.
- stock up on food, pedialite, ensure milk shakes. The first 5 days I was on a very light almost all liquid diet. I was soooo terrified of going to do #2. So on the 5th day I ate my first rice and soup combo and hubby made me drink stool softener drink which made it easy to go handle business in the toilet :)

I bought a two soft pj set both button up they’re so comfy and doesn’t press on my stomach area. Again have someone with you the first week! It’s going to be hell!!!

This tummy tuck is really hard but so far I’m so happy with my results, everything is so worth it!

I got my breast augmentation with Dr.E in 2016 and I couldn’t be happier I chose him . I went for three different surgeons until I decided to go with Dr.E cause I felt the most comfortable and I felt like he really knew what he was talking about and also he very good at structure he’s literally an artist I chose 380cc moderate . If you are reading this and wondering if you want to go with him or not I’m telling you to go with no hesitation this doctor changed my life. I will try to post a photo later on of how my boobs looks super natural and soft not hard and he gave me cleavage and side boob I’m really happy
