If a man has over-pronounced feminine hips and or a top hourglass figure, what type of procedure can you do to make that body more masculine and not so curvaceous. I'm not fat, but I got a wide chest small waist wide hips and look like a woman from behind.

Answer: Liposuction for hips on men? Thanks for your question. It is hard to advice you based om the photo provided. That said, liposuction could be a great option. With liposuction we can remove a significant amount of fat in order to get a more masculine form. We then use postoperative compression garments and therapies to get the skin to contract down around the new shape. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Answer: Liposuction advice Hello and thank you for your question. Ideal candidates for liposuction have a normal or close to normal BMI, they have stubborn areas of adiposity that they can't get rid of despite adequate diet and exercise, and have a good skin tone with no significant stretch marks. It is hard to give you a useful advice based on this limited image. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best,
