Hello: I had a consult with surgeon for liposuction of back, flank, ab and fat grafting. The surgeon told me he is not going to touch my abdominal because of my previously abdominoplasty. He said there are scar tissues and he won't know what the other surgeon has done. He said it's going to be very risky. How big of risk is it to do lipo after tummy tuck? Should I forgo the lipo of abdomen? Thanks

I have done this many times through the use and have never had a problem. Yes, there is scar tissue from the TT, and the plastic surgeon must be careful and skilled. I'm assuming there are no abdominal wall hernias.
