previous tummy tuck surgery is not a contraindication for liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult another board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Liposuction after a TT is actually fairly common and I don't see why any board certified plastic surgeon would have a problem with it. An in-person examination plus, if necessary, an abdominal ultrasound should rule out any doubts or abnormalities. Without at least seeing your photos, I would have to take you on your word, because I do not know what he saw to think this would be risky.
