Since adolescence I gained weight all over but especially around my hips & lower abdomen that gave a more feminine appearance. I have recently had a tummy tuck & lipo to flanks to address that part - but now the hips, thighs & saddlebags look worse than before. Could inner & outer thigh lipo address it?

(photos) Many varieties of liposuction are available including ultrasonic, smart lipo, laser liposuction vaser lipo, power assisted liposuction, and conventional tumescent liposuction. The results depend very little on the method used and very much on the surgeon selected. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon via Skype or in office to determine if lipo combined with BodyTite can produce the result you are seeking.
