Male with wide hips and saddlebags - what can I do to address this? (photos)

Since adolescence I gained weight all over but especially around my hips & lower abdomen that gave a more feminine appearance. I have recently had a tummy tuck & lipo to flanks to address that part - but now the hips, thighs & saddlebags look worse than before. Could inner & outer thigh lipo address it?

I see a lot of patients who have had surgery but have not had a complete transformation.
If you’re only treating part of the problem the final results will be less than desired.
  
In my practice we go for a total torso transformation which means the shoulders the chest  and the thighs need to be addressed for a complete transformation.
  
In your case to complete this scenario and give you more masculine appearance we would need to do a BodyBanking quarterback butt lift which means we will take all of the fat from the two sides of the glutes, the outer thighs the saddlebags and the Flanks and then we bank those lipocells to add volume to have projection to your glutes to give them a more rounded speedo bubble butt.

The narrow waist has accentuated the hips so the hips should be slimmed down as much as possible.  If you take more fat out of the flanks, the wide upper pelvis will be accentuated, so after evaluating with an in-person exam, the question remains should some of that hip fat be transferred to the narrowest part of the torso.

Many varieties of liposuction are available including ultrasonic, smart lipo, laser liposuction vaser lipo, power assisted liposuction, and conventional tumescent liposuction. The results depend very little on the method used and very much on the surgeon selected. Al  I appreciate your concern, and your areas of distress, are common troublesome areas found in males, especially the lower abdomen and posterior flank regions, “spare tire“. It appears from your photographs that you would be an excellent candidate for liposuction contouring of your lower abdomen, anterior and posterior flank regions, upper inner and upper outer thighs. I would recommend micro liposuction technique, using smaller cannulas to allow your surgeon to adequately remove troublesome fat and contour the regions aesthetically. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Thank you for your question. You appear to be a good candidate for liposuction. The ideal liposuction candidate has localized fat deposits and quality overlying skin without significant excess skin or skin damage.  Fat can then be removed to strategically sculpt the body.  The skin then retracts over the new shape to give the final result.That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
