This sounds like superficially placed filler. It can be reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.

The filler is too superficial and it can be seen under the fleshy skin of the lip. It can be treated with a small incision and drainage of the excess so you can keep the rest of the Juvederm in other parts of the lips.Speak with your injector, but this is a known and not uncommon complication with most fillers.Good luck. It's hard to fully assess without photos but it sounds as though the filler was injected improperly. You shouldn't have residual bumps. Visible nodules or lumps after filler injection are never normal and most likely represent too superficial placement of the filler. That can be corrected by your injector very easily, however, you should ask why it was injected that way.
