I got Juvéderm injections three weeks ago. Half a syringe. Initially my lips looked amazing and I was excited to get an additional 1/2 syringe put in for full lips. I went to see my injector two weeks after the injections because my lips were still lumpy and bumpy. When I smile you can see the lumps. She told me to keep massaging them and I will go back next week for final assessment. I know I will have to get them dissolved. What caused these lumps? Is it the injectors fault?

There will be no effect at all on the sinuses. The sinuses will be on the other side of the bone and filler will not penetrate the bone. The main risk will be intravascular injection or an asymmetric injection. Best of luck.
