I've been a patient of Dr. Pierre for 10 years. As a physician his skill and integrity are unsurpassed. He treats all dermatology issues with much care and concern. He's a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him!!

Dr Pierre and his staff are amazing! Always friendly and extremely helpful! Procedures always make a huge difference and always walk out happy and feeling great!!! You don't how amazing you can look with just a few simple procedures. Very natural look and great results!!
Dr. Pierre came highly recommended to me. I put off having fillers on my smile lines for years out of fear of it being painful. Now, 58 yrs old, I could not put it off any longer. My face sagged and I felt it made me look haggard! Today I had a great experience getting botox and fillers! It looks amazing and Dr. Pierre made it such a comfortable experience. I highly recommend him. I am thrilled with the results. I will never go without again and I will only see him! His office and staff are amazing! I was very impressed.
Dr. Pierre is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I know. He is a great listener and always wants me to be happy and get the best results possible. He is very thorough. He has an amazing and professional staff. I have been seeing Dr. Pierre for 2 years now and would NEVER consider seeing another dermatologist. His results are amazing. I look forward to my visits with him everytime!
I went to Dr. Pierre years ago because I was interested in Botox for my lips. Admittedly, it was very early before this was a ubiquitous procedure, but he didn't do any numbing of the area or icing and it was extremely painful. I told him I couldn't endure the pain and to stop. He clearly didn't know what he was doing back then and I was his guinea pig. I realized years later when I did actually try Botox again that there are ways to mitigate the pain and it shouldn't be painful, just uncomfortable. I should have gotten my $400 back from him, but he never offered. Back then I thought "how do women do this?" I mean I've had two children via natural childbirth so do not have a low tolerance for pain! Looking back, I know realize it was the dr. not me. If Dr. Pierre feels compelled to refund my money realizing the error of his ways, I would not turn it down.
A lot of that depends on the filler used, the amount injected and the skill of the injector. My patients go up to a year or more with their lip fillers. Make sure you see an expert in facial aesthetics for your filler injections.
Botox would be my first choice: low cost, safe, no downtime, high satisfaction. Make sure you see an expert in facial aesthetics.
I don't anticipate any issues whatsoever but there are no studies for patients in your situation. Let your OB know and hold off on further Botox treatments until after you deliver but fillers should be fine.
It's difficult to provide the best advice without photos. Most likely, all you need is a little Botox under the eyes to take care of those residual wrinkles. Alternatively, lasers and fillers can be options as well.
The lips are very sensitive and will typically swell with lip injections. I would recommend 3-5 minutes at a time after every meal. Ibuprofen with every meal will also help. Your lips should be back to normal within 1-2 days.
