Will I need another breast lift to achieve my goal look or can this be achieved with implants alone? (photos)

Hello all, Currently I'm trying to find an doctor to go in for round two for implants and 360 lipo. I've done a few consultations and they've said that I would need another lift to get implants. I only want the implants to get them to be more full, round, and perky. I thought I would only need one lift since I got the full anchor. What would be recommend to get that look? I appreciate the answers in advance. I included a wish pic as reference.

In order to achieve your desired results, I would definitely recommend a breast lift with implants. The purpose of a breast lift is to reposition the nipples and make them proportionate to your breast. An augmentation will only make your current breast footprint larger, it won't be able to reposition your breasts and make them perky like in your goal photo.

Breast implants provide volume but very little actual lift. To achieve the appearance you desire would require another lift, in addition to implants.

To achieve a smaller and more aesthetically pleasing shape for the areola and improved breast shape, it's recommended to undergo a combination of implant surgery and a breast lift. However, it is still possible to achieve results with just implants.

You have to understand that implants are not going to do any lifting of areola/nipples. They will make your breasts fuller and larger. Liposuction of torso can be done in the same time. Good luck.
