Will I need another breast lift to achieve my goal look or can this be achieved with implants alone? (photos)

Hello all, Currently I'm trying to find an doctor to go in for round two for implants and 360 lipo. I've done a few consultations and they've said that I would need another lift to get implants. I only want the implants to get them to be more full, round, and perky. I thought I would only need one lift since I got the full anchor. What would be recommend to get that look?
