Is it possible to get natural looking/lift/a bit fuller? (Photo)

Your nipples appear to be in normal position looking from the side views. From the front of you, your breasts are a little wide, which can only be corrected with a vertical incision. If you were willing to except a slightly wider breast, you can certainly get a fuller look from augmentation only because your nipples don’t need to move.

Thanks for your inquiry and pictures. If you were seeing me in consultation I would tell you that you have breast asymmetry with the left breast appearing larger and more ptotic. It is is this lower breast that has to be lifted to get a result. The other side might have been amenable to a small well placed implant, best of luck.

It is not likely that you will achieve anything satisfactory without a breast lift. It is a scar vs. shape. Placement of the implants would improve your flat upper pole but will nott address saginess of the breasts. Hope this helps. Good luck.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. Breast augmentation will give you the fullness you are wanting, but they will not provide a lifted look. During a breast lift the nipples are not removed. There is an incision around the nipple but it is actually the skin around it that's moved in such a way to create a lifted look. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Implants do not give much lifting. With implants, you will just have larger and still sagging breasts. You could consider minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like ThermiTight or Renuvion to give lifting with minimal scars.

Your nipples are level with the lowest part of the breast. If you don't lift the nipples, even wtih an enlargement, the nipples will be at the bottom of the breast and look BAD. You need to visit some board-certified plastic surgeons and look at their before and after photos. Every lift patient I see is worried about that vertical scar. In the last 23 years, I have not had one person upset with their scars. They are almost invisible. Some are actually hard to find. Different techniques of lift leave different scars. So look at photos and ask around. There is no way to lift your breasts without moving the nipples up and doing some kind of scar underneath to lift the breast. Good luck!!

Your photos would indicate that you can have fullness by placing implants under the muscle using a properly chosen implant to suit your goals. However, the photos also show that you cannot fix the droop without a full breast lift. So you really need to consider that full lift and overtime, done by an expert surgeon, the scars are generally very acceptable. But implants alone will not lift the breast or fix the droop, and they might even make them look worse as in something called a waterfall deformity. You can look that up for pictures of that situation.
