Is it possible to get natural looking/lift/a bit fuller? (Photo)

Mamamoose1517
So i have had two kids and attempted to breast feed both, only making it 3 months in on both. Ive obviously lost volume and have some sagging. I REALLY want to avoid having my nipples moved surgically and avoid the vertical scar as well. Is there even a remote possibility I could avoid needing that? Im not looking for massive obvious breasts, all i want is a natural fullness and less droop.
