It appears that symmastia has begun, and wearing push-up bras that bring both breasts together may worsen the condition and alter the shape of the breasts. To avoid this, it's recommended to wear a wire bra with a wire that is wide enough to prevent both breasts from coming together. Additionally, it's important to try to separate both implants as much as possible without causing them to touch.

You do have condition very close to symmastia; you started with a very narrow cleavage that is now narrow due to large implants id one of these is your before photos?). Issues like these are best discussed with your surgeon, in person. Hope this helps.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The photos you submitted demonstrate what appears to be potential symmastia. At six months post op if the implant hasn't fully dropped it is not likely to do so on its own. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

You are early in the healing phase and do still have swelling. You can keep gauze between the breasts when you push your implants inward. Once settled, I suspect you will be fine.

Based upon the nicely posted photos you are just close to a symmastia effect but not really. As for slightly higher riding implant- it will not drop any more. I do not think revision surgery indicated but best to virtual consult with...

It does appear that you have a symmastia with pressure. I’d love to see your pre-op photos to evaluate where you were compared to where you are now. If the breasts have not settled by 6 months, then they probably will not further over time.
