Dr. Gawley has an incredible bedside manner. Not only is he an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but he is also warm, attentive, and puts your health and comfort first. I always felt I was in the best of hands, and I am so grateful for the compassionate care I received. He listened to what I was looking to achieve and was the only surgeon I met with that was passionate, thorough in his thought process to achieve the results I am looking for. The entire experience at Gawley Plastic Surgery was exceptional. The facility is not only beautiful and comfortable - the surgical facility is state of the art and spotless. The staff, Dr. Gawley and anesthesiologist Dr. St Peter are caring and professional. I had a face lift and there are NO visible signs of scars. The results are shuttle yet profound. Couldn’t be happier with the results of this procedure
I went to Dr. Gawley a few years ago for breast implants and he did an amazing job! So when I wanted to have an upper blepharoplasty, I returned to his office. I couldn’t be happier with the results of that procedure. Dr. Gawley, his surgical team, and staff are all so helpful in answering questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Exceptional, absolutely the very best! A world class Dr. & staff. I had a very difficult case with a ruptured implant, I also needed a lift with new implants. Three procedures, I consulted with the very best plastic Surgeon's in Beverley Hills, New York, & Chicago. Dr. Gawley came highly recommended as well as his fabulously talented & brialliant wife Dr. St. Peter by a friend who is another well respected plastic Surgeon in Scottsdale. They made a stressful situation

If you plan on going to any surgeon you have to check dr. Gawley out!!! I am so happy with the results. Very professional and out standing staff. There for you every step of the way! Couldn’t of ask for better results. He’s truly an artist. I’m only 9 days out. Can’t wait to see the end result!
Mommy makeover experience
From our first consultation (after several) we knew immediately Dr Gawley was the right fit! His bedside manner accompanied with his attention to detail and staff are top notch. I feel like the expectations were spot on. I am one week post surgery and am recovering great! Excited to see the final product once the swelling subsides...but...I am very happy with the results so far :-) Age 36 2 kids 5’6/190 lbs
Wonderful Experience
I went in for a consult and am extremely happy. Dr. Gawley is very good at explaining exactly what to expect and how he performs the procedure. I went in for a breast augmentation consult. His assistant Nikki is amazing as well. I have been to 2 other doctors and Dr. Gawley is my favorite. Haven’t scheduled my surgery yet but if I do I am for sure choosing Dr. Gawley.
I had surgery with Dr. Fawley yesterday and had a fantastic experience.
The doctor, nurse, and anesthesiologist were totally accommodating and professional. I felt extremely comfortable knowing that I was well cared for. They were proactive about pain management and so now on my first day post-surgery, I am feeling great!

Dr Gawley listened to me needs and helped me through the tough process of reconstruction and cancer in my breast. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I had a great first experience.
