Hello, i suppose i have breast hypoplasia - comparing the picture of a hypoplastic breast. I ws examined by a general surgeon, he said i have small breast tissue. I dont feel breast tissue in the inner sides. I couldnt breastfeed due to very lowsupply. I remember my breasts were droopy in puberty and had large and swollen nipples. They are still large and i also feel there is herniation of breast tissue but currently i pump, they seem to be normal. Are they hypoplastic? Is tubular the same thing
Answer: Breast asymmetry Breast hypoplasia is subjective description, meaning that the breast is small. You have breast asymmetry and ptosis (droopiness). You may have some degree of lower pole constriction if you have always been troubled by ptosis, but this would not be considered tuberous deformity.

Answer: Breast hypoplasia Thank you for your photo. It appears you have asymmetry of your breasts with the left breast with less volume and both nipples in a low position. You do not have tubular breast deformity. You may possibly benefit from implants to improve the overall shape, structure, and volume differences between your breasts as well as a lift to reposition the nipple into a more appropriate position on your breast mounds. It is best to have an in-office examination to determine the appropriate treatment plan for your anatomy. Hope this helps!!Johnson C. Lee, MD Plastic Surgery
