I drink amino acids during my workout to help with muscle soreness. My augmentation surgery is scheduled for June 23rd so June 9th I have to stop taking certain meds etc....would amino acids still be ok? I will stop taking the pre workout but wasn't sure about this!

Answer: Supplements Thank you for your question. My strong advice is to follow the specific instructions given by your plastic surgeon regarding medication and your health history. That being said, I do advise my patients to refrain from aspirin and NSAIDs as well as vitamin E/fish oil for two weeks before and after a surgical procedure. Best of luck.
