I've had my BA the 11th of April 2017 I was a 32A and now with 300 cc's on both sides I'm now a 32C. My right breast feels more towards my armpit than my left. The left is higher and fuller and the right is lower (which was like this before my BA) but it feels more to the right than the left one does. It's more "squishy" than the left and I tend to push it back all the time. Is this normal after 8 weeks? I noticed this 5 weeks in. I just need assurance!
Answer: Uneven breasts after breast implants Hello, Were your breasts were uneven before the surgery too? If yes, the final result of your surgery may have the same extent of unevenness . But meanwhile, if you think unevenness is much more than before , that may be temporary, because it will take some more time for your breasts to heal and settle down . Please discuss with your plastic surgeon . But mostly one waits for at least 3-6 months before doing anything about unevenness. In this time, many implants settle down . Feeling squishy , on one side may be just coincidental . There is usually some fluid around implants which gives this feeling. even if its on one side, it may be normal . But see your plastic surgeon if you have any more concerns.

Answer: 8 weeks post op Thank you for your question and photograph. My strong advice is to wait a full 4-6 months before considering your final result of your breast augmentation procedure. Implants do take some time to settle and it is normal to have one implant slighter high than the other. Best to follow-up with your plastic surgeon for an evaluation. Best of luck.

Answer: 8 weeks po BA. Is this normal? 300cc both sides. I do see the significant asymmetry that you mention. You are early in recovery and it is possible if your surgeon recommends it, that an underwire bra worn 24 hours a day may help displace the implant up into the center of your chest. If this does not work after 6 months you may need a pocket revision on the lower side. However you are early in recovery and I would suggest trying a support bra and giving yourself more time.

Answer: Breast difference Thanks very much for your question. It's not uncommon for one breast to feel different after surgery, but often in the long term everything settles out. Without a proper exam it's not possible to understand the cause of your concern but I would suggest having ongoing assessments by your PS. Best of luck.

Answer: 2 Months Post-Op Thank you for your question and congratulations on your recent procedure! You are still very early in the healing process. Your breasts will not fully settle into their final placement until around the 3 month mark. It's best to continue with your follows and daily massaging. Good luck and congratulations again!
