I used to do glamour modelling and was always complimented on my round, full 32E breasts. After developing an eating disorder my breasts have 'moderate sagging'. The tissue that was on the upper pole has sunken to the lower pole and has completely lost it's round, full shape now they are just flat at the top and 'snoopy nosed' at the bottom. Can Drs manipulate the tissue and put it back where it was at the top, and back to it's round shape? Ive noticed most mastopexys have no upper pole fullness.
