I’ve saved money to get my breasts done and have wanted this for almost 10 years, I went to a consultation and was told that my nipples are more spread apart than average and now I’m terrified about what will happen if I put in implants. Am I going to have a big gap in between my boobs? Is there anything I can do so that my nipples don’t completely point outwards? I have not been able to find a before picture where their nipples look like mine so I don’t know what the possibilities are.
