hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question and the picture you showed you are a good candidate for breast augmentation in your case for best result you can apply for position sub muscular , its recommended if you get a consultation in person with a plastic surgeon to determinate how many cc do you need to the better results.

A breast augmentation can give very predictable results. There are some variations and we discuss this with our patients in detail. It's important they understand what realistic results can be achieved based on the starting anatomy.

alone will not solve your problem.  You
will need your breasts repositioned more medial and higher.  The technique I recommend is a modified
Benelli lift.  Using only a circumareola
incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and
more medial to increase your cleavage. 
At the same time, small implants can be placed through the same

Yes, you have widely separated NACs.  If your goal is to better fill out dresses, blouses and bathing suits, breast augmentation will help.  Because of your existing anatomy, and assuming you are not getting absolutely huge implants (which you should not get!), you will have wider cleavage than some other breast augmentation patients.  This is your only penalty in life for being thin! Many breast augmentation patients are quite thin, so I have this discussion all the time.  I don't think it's a deal breaker for most people, but you should definitely be aware of it. I have had many patients with your type of anatomy that have had successful breast augmentations and are happy.  Likely, the recommendation for you will be to place the implants under the muscle.  In that case, your cleavage will be determined by where your muscles insert into the chest bone.  While we can lift the muscle a little to get more cleavage, we can’t  strip the muscle entirely off the bone ... you need it to move your arms !  Overall, I think your cleavage will remain a little wide, given the way they are now, but your results will hopefully give you a superior aesthetic outcome. Arianna. Good observation and excellent question! Each individual’s breasts have a slightly different anatomy and this must be addressed and discussed prior to each breast augmentation surgery.  It is our job to select the best procedure and size and style of implant to each patient’s particular needs. In your case, your breasts are somewhat apart and your nipples pointing slightly outward.  Your nipple direction may appear even more dramatically outward after surgery because of the fact that your breasts will be larger, somewhat magnifying this issue. However, division of the lower medial portion of your chest muscle with placement of higher profile implants under the muscle will decrease the distance between your breasts and temper your nipple issue. Generally speaking, your breasts will be fuller and more attractive than your preoperative state, in my opinion. Discuss all of your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area with lots of experience with breast surgery. Good luck

In a breast augmentation the implants enhance and enlarge the shape of your chest.When the nipples are more wide than average the distance between the breasts may continue to be relatively empty after surgery.  There are some tricks your surgeon may use to compensate and approve the appearance.
