Thank you for your question. Looking at the photos you posted which do not include the side views or your pre-operative views I would be very concerned about any attempt to make your nostrils flatter or narrower-there is a high risk of blocking off your breathing. Seek out an experience rhinoplasty surgeon for an in person consult.Good luck and I hope this helps.Dr. Wayne

From the photos you sent, your nostrils look fine with very little flaring except when you smile.  Your nostrils are already pretty small and I would advise against doing anything else with them.

Your nostrils do not flare excessively, and are already quite narrow (which can be appreciated on the base view).  Your nose and nostrils could look very unnatural if you undergo alar base modification.  

Are my nostrils wide after rhinoplasty. No! Your nose looks fine--leave it alone. The nostrils are narrow and outer incisions leave bad scars. 

From your photographs your nostrils are very narrow on the inside.  Reducing the width of your nostrils with an alar base reduction will block your ability to breathe through your nose and I would not do it.

Incisions are made at the base of your nostrils at the junction with your upper lip to remove an ellipse of skin which will decrease the flare. The resulting scar is hidden adjacent to the crease.
