Did I accidentally remove a piece of cartilage from my nose 3 months after rhinoplasty?

3 months after my rhinoplasty i was trying to get some mucus out of my nose, i've been useing qtips to get rid of the mucus and has worked wonders so far, but recently(3 days ago) i removed a mucus that looked like a piece of cartilage, i even touched it and it felt weird, so here's my question, could i by accident removed a loose piece of cartilage from my right nostril?

The small trauma to your nose likely just caused a small swelling which will resolve all by itself.  6 weeks after surgery the tissues have healed well, and the shape of the nose and the cartilege is not likely to be able to be changed by such a small trauma.  Continue to follow up...
