Do plastic surgeons charge full price for a revision?

Hello. Do most plastic surgeons charge the full price for a revision of the only reason you would like them to redo is because you are unhappy you chose a small size and would like to get a bigger size?

I think that this is a question for your surgeon.  It really depends on the situation.  If you asked for a small size and they gave it to you, they will likely give you a courtesy lower fee.  If they made a mistake in implant selection they may charge you nothing.  There may be some anaesthesia fee or facility fee as well. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the results of the breast surgery.  Policy regarding coverage of expenses for revisionary surgery will vary from office to office and probably on a case-by-case basis as well. Costs of revisionary surgery may range from zero,  to anesthesia/surgery center fees, to discounted surgeon's fees.

Generally, successful plastic surgeons rely on positive word-of-mouth and will work hard to maintain satisfied patients.  Also, I generally speaking, I suggest patients communicate their concerns in a calm and constructive fashion; this form communication tends to be much more effective than confrontational communication.

Every surgeon is different. I usually discount additional surgery that a patient requests.  Best to ask you surgeon.
