What size/type breast implants does Joyce Giraud most likely have? (photos)

 It sounds like you have implants that make your breast too large for your own personal taste. I am sorry about this and smaller implants would likely help get you to the size that you desire. The picture of Joyce that you posted reminds me that many women complain about implants which are too narrow in the base and too high of a projection for their particular base width. According to Google, Joyce is 5'9" tall. According to the picture, she appears to be thin. The common complaint that I hear about this appearance is that her implants are too 'far apart'. Another way that this is stated is that there 'is too much space' between her breast mounds. One solution for this is to go with a wider, lower profile implant, but I think the best solution is to use a shaped implant which can tailor the width, height, projection and size to best match your chest wall.

Thank you for your question.  What is important is that you have a goal of size and outcome, not the size of someone else's implants.  I would recommend starting with a face to face consult with a Board Certified
Plastic Surgeon who has experience in breast surgery. During your visit your
surgeon should be evaluating your health to determine if you are a good
surgical candidate and examining your tissues to get a sense of what type of
procedure your tissues will allow. Only with a hands on exam can this be
determined. During the consult you and the surgeon should be understanding of
the goals and realistic outcomes of your choices. Be sure to see plenty of
before and after photos to get an idea of the range of patient experience of
your surgeon. Once an exam and opinion is rendered then you can decide if surgery

When it comes to achieving your desired outcome with revision breast surgery,  much more valuable will be careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning).Keep in mind as you are thinking about your goals that sometimes adjustment of the breast implant pockets (capsule adjustments) may be necessary to achieve the outcome you are looking for. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery (regarding  revisionary breast implant size/profile selection) is:

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.

2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example,
I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "B or C cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.

3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.
