Replacing 350cc salines, thinking about going up to 700-800cc silicone, will that be too large on my frame? 5' 9" 150lbs, before initial ba I was a small A cup.
Answer: 700-800cc too large? In my opinion, 700-800 would be too large for your size. The width of your chest and the width of the implants need to be in harmony. The rate of complications, overstretching of skin, and the need for revisions is higher with larger implants. See a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in augmentation work. Best wishes.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants It appears as though you're a great candidate for implants that size, but I would need to evaluate you during a consultation to make sure your breast dimensions will allow implants that large. Also, I have my patients try on implants in their bras to get an idea of how they'll look after the procedure. The breast augmentation procedure takes only about 1.5-2 hours and the recovery is just a few days. I also put on waterproof dressings so you can shower the next day! Thank you for your question,Dr. Schreiber, Baltimore Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Redo breasts augmentation Dear Diana, Thanks for submitting your picture. From observing your picture, the following is noticed: 1. B cup size. 2. Right breasts bigger than left breast. 3. Very large areolas. 4. Ptosis level 2. 5. Low position of breasts on chest. 6. Wide cleavage. 7. Lateral displacement of implants. You did not provide us your desired size and your chest circumference measurement in inches which is critical for the correct implants size selection. Let's assume that you are presently 34 B cup. 700 cc will make you 34 D + and 800 cc - 34 DD. Is that what you had in mind ? Since you are 5'9 34 D will look very attractive and natural on you - 650 cc. Based on my over 28 years of practice and thousands of breasts augmentation patients, I would recommend the followings for optimal outcome: 1. Medial and superior capsulotomy ( casule release) and lateral capsulorrhaphy (internal bra ) , which will give you very nice cleavage and very nice shape. 2. Bilateral mini lift ( donut ). It will give beautiful perky breasts with smaller, symmetrical and more attractive breasts. 3. Saline implants that will allow insertion of the large implants via small incision in the sub areola line that is more scar friendly than the long sub mammary fold incision that is necessary for the large gel implants. Always, consult with experience board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery , to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage and shape. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Answer: 700-800 cc implants Your are doubling your size or more which means heavier and wider implants. They may be too large for your frame and cause earlier relapse.

Answer: 700-800cc too large? Might be, but without in person examination I would guess 600 to 650 might be the max you could handle......
