7 months ago and am very unhappy with the size. I am 23, 5ft6, 9stone, dress size 6/8. I had 315 unders and am now a large C but look a small C. I really really don't want to be massive, but would just like to be a D/full D and look it! I have a revision booked for next month and have been offered either 380 or 425cc. When looking at ladies on here with similar stats, the 400+ seem MASSIVE and I really don't want the fake look! But will 75cc even make a difference?
Answer: Will 75cc make a difference? Revision from 315 to either 380 or 425cc. Thank you for your question and I am sorry that you are unhappy with your current results. Though there is no substitute for an in-person examination, 75cc will afford you a visible change in appearance, but it is likely that 425cc will be needed to get you to a full D and more closely resemble your first goal photograph. That said a detailed discussion as to your starting point, desired shape and size outcome is needed as you may wish to consider a different profile of implant as well. See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.

Answer: Will 75cc make a difference? Revision from 315 to either 380 or 425cc. Thank you for the question. Yes, a 75 cc increase in breast implant size will make a visible difference; the real question is whether it will be enough of a difference to achieve an outcome that you will be pleased with it. Keep in mind that there is no accurate/reliable/predictable correlation between size/profile breast implant utilized and cup size achieved. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "up a cup size” or "D cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your chosen plastic surgeon to work with you in determining the best plan to achieve your goals. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to revisionary breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Will this make a difference? Hello and thanks for your question. I do not believe that either 380 or 425 is too big for you. The disadvantage I have is that I cannot examine you. When I perform exchange surgery, I do at least 100 cc for increase and 200 cc when downsizing, as a general rule of thumb. I suggest you try sizers again on top of what you have and what volume looks more like the result you desire. Good luck! Dr. ALDO

Answer: Breast implant revision That is a small difference that will be hard to notice in clothing... If you want a more dramatic difference--enough to justify the additional surgery--you want to consider a more significant size change. You have to be careful looking at the stats of other patients since really there are differences with anatomy that will not be tangible through pictures. Best wishes.

Answer: Will 75cc make a difference? Well, 75cc will make a difference, but not one that you will be able to notice much. It is definitely at the (extreme) small end of the increase in size that you should consider. Plus, from 315cc to 380cc you are looking at just 65cc of difference, not even 75cc.
