I'm 5'5" 123 lbs.. I have the space for a bigger implant.. I've had 3 kids. My implants were done before my 3rd child so I feel like they've dropped and I've lost weight so they look smaller and maybe uneven. I'm considering 600-650. Im currently a 32ddd at Victoria's Secret so I'm also trying to figure out what my bra size would be or if I can just go big enough to fill them out again but not increase my bra size.
Answer: New implants? For me it is all about the width. I want to match the width of the implant to the width of the breast. So if you have moderate profile implants, you ought to be able to switch to midrange or high profile implants. The terminology is not standardized, but that is the idea.And...you look great! Good Luck!

Answer: Going A Size Up Thanks for the photos. You may have a bit of contracture on your right side as that breast seems to sit higher. That can be corrected if your exam shows that to be the case. So what is your exact reason for wanting to go bigger....fill out the skin, be more proportional, wear a larger bra size ?The first reason isn't always the best answer because more weight on your breast will stretch the skin out more over time. Using an ADM like BellaDerm could help support a larger implant but this is debatable. Going 100cc larger will make very little noticeable change but might offer you a bit more fullness, and possibly the same bra size. Tightening of the pocket may allow the implants to sit a bit higher.

Answer: Currently have 500 cc mp implants... I'm trying to determine how much larger I can go. Thank you for your question and series of photographs. It is difficult to know how much additional volume can be placed into your breasts without an in-person evaluation assessing skin quality and laxity, as well as the shape and style of implants you currently have in place. It is likely that going up 75-100ccs will not affect your bra size. As your implants are large, be sure to have a discussion of the additional risks that these implants entail. Hope this helps.

Answer: Currently have 500 cc mp implants... I'm trying to determine how much larger I can go. Thank you for the question. Keep in mind as you are thinking about your goals that sometimes adjustment of the breast implant pockets (capsule adjustments) may be necessary to achieve the outcome you are looking for. Also keep in mind that there is no accurate/reliable/predictable correlation between size/profile breast implant utilized and cup size achieved. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "not increase my cup size” or "DDD cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your chosen plastic surgeon to work with you in determining the best plan to achieve your goals. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to larger breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.
