I had an arm lift a year ago after waiting many years.. I lost a lot of weight and throughout my whole life I have never gone out sleeveless because I hated my upper arms...My arms are considerably better as it was previously really bad. However I'm not happy with the bottom billing part near the elbow which I believe is called dog ear? I thought this summer I would be able to go out sleevless but I can't because of this part it just looks really strange... is there anything I can do about this??
