Marcus was very kind and helpful throughout my whole experience. I had a strawberry birthday mark. Also known as Hemangoimas on my forehead. I was very nervous to get rid of it as I knew it was going to be a big change but Marcus made me feel really clam and understanding of what result I was looking for. The Surgery went a lot better than I imagined, the recovery was even better and the post op appointment of seeing the results was amazing. I was very lucky to find Marcus. I had previously been to another surgeon who did not inspire me with a great deal of confidence but happened to come across Marcus via What Clinic. I sent him a message and he responded to me over the weekend. We booked a consultation for the following day. When we met I immediately felt at ease, all the questions that I had were answered and Marcus told me about the possible issues that could arise from the surgery. He answered all the questions that I had and said that I would be suitable for surgery. Marcus agreed to undertake the surgery and I was booked in at One Hatfield for a pre-operation assessment.

On the day that the surgery had been booked I arrived at One Hatfield at 8am and was immediately shown to my room. After a number of nurses and staff had introduced themselves, Marcus came to see me to take measurements and do a bit of artwork on me. Shortly afterwards I was taken to the theatre and 3 hours later the surgery had been completed. Marcus checked on me a few hours later when I had completely woken up to check on the dressings and then also came to see me early the following morning before I was due to go home.

Marcus is a wonderful surgeon and a wonderful man. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he is extremely knowledgeable, relatable, approachable and just a genuinely nice person. I had a follow up appointment with him a week after surgery and there are a couple of follow ups to go but I am amazed at the results just over a week after the surgery. Although it has only been a short time since the procedure I feel much better, I am able to wear clothes I hadn't been able to wear for a long time due to being conscious of having large breasts. My confidence has increased dramatically and I cannot thank Marcus enough for this.

If you are looking for an extremely experienced and competent surgeon then Marcus is the one you are looking for.

Marcus was fantastic from start to finish. His empathy, support, kindness and sense of humour made the whole process a breeze. I felt like so could contact Marcus about anything post-op no matter the time of the day/night. The medical care he provided was incredible and I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with him. A highly skilled plastic surgeon who also offers minor aesthetic treatments is very hard to find. Knowing I am in safe hands with Marcus is very reassuring and he is a really decent, lovely man who is very generous with his time. Having aesthetic treatments is all very new to me and I am a decisive nightmare, but Marcus is very patient and explains everything thoroughly. I have only had non-surgical procedures so far but would completely trust Marcus for anything else in the future.

I knew at that point i had chosen the right person to do my procedure, it took place at One hospital in Hatfield in March 2023, I received impeccable care, i had no pain, I felt sore but that was pretty much it and it didn’t last long either, moving on 5 months, I have hardly any scaring, only two faint lines, all in all i love my results!

I found Marcus through Google, I was desperate for a tummy tuck after 3 children, I was left with the classic ‘mum tum.’ I had a consultation & discussed what results I wanted.
