The very best of care

I was treated by Dr Jeffrey Gusenoff and his wife, Dr Beth Gusenoff. They performed an adipose tissue transplant on one of my feet. Their non hurried, meticulous, compassionate care was like nothing I have ever experienced. Postoperatively I had no pain at either the donor site or grafted site. Enthusiastic about my tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction results!

I highly recommend Dr. Gusenoff's consultation and surgical services. A few years ago I had gastric bypass/roux-en-yi and lost 115 pounds, but was left with excess skin plus separated stomach muscles. Six months ago Dr. Gusenoff performed abdominoplasty, breast lift, and liposuction of my upper back/flanks. At 5'9" I wore a size 20 pre-op and now comfortably wear a size 16. Bye-bye muffin top! Beyond his handy work, Dr. Gusenoff has a demeanor that will put you at ease.

Fat Transfer Foot Padding Ball of Both Feet

My Motivation is that I felt constant burning and pain when I walked. Forget putting on a pretty shoe with a heel. I had a painful callous under the pinky toe of each foot with no fat on the side on each foot at that spot from a prior surgery. Putting fat back under the ball of the foot has to help and I was happy to find out that he did this procedure. After a long consultation with him, a podiatrist working with him I moved forward with the procedure the next day. He was fantastic.

I'm So Sure It's Worth It

Surgery done yesterday. Stayed overnight at hospital. Very sore at the moment but I know it's well worth it. I have some pix but will post others once healing is more complete. I'm part of a study that gave me a wound vac to see if it helps with healing or not. I I'll get it removed when I go for my post op appointment Monday. No More Hassle Boobs - Pittsburgh, PA

Best decision of my life! I'm so grateful that my surgeon is as awesome as he is! No more pinched boobs or boobs in armpits. I was a DD/DDD now I'm not sure what cup size I am but I'm assuming around a C cup. I have only been wearing sports bras or those elastic ones that goes around our boobs. Best Plastic Surgeon Ever!! Pittsburgh, PA

After losing 115 pounds, I still had very low self esteem. I looked great with clothes on but what I took them off all I seen was the fat and was disgusted with myself. When I met gusenoff I was 135 pounds and a size 4 with a huge excessive amount of skin in the abdomen area! I feel so much more confident! And I love how all my new clothes look on my new body!!! I am so glad I chose Dr. Gusenoff to perform my tummy tuck. He is an excellent/skilled surgeon with an amazing bedside manner.
