What is the best procedure for me to get perky? Breast implants, breastlift, anchor, lollipop.

HI Habibt1, I think that you will need a breast lift with lollipop incisions and a small horizontal incision in the bra line at a minimum. If you are looking for more firmness, you will need small implants as well. It is best to get evaluated in person by a Board certified plastic surgeon in  your area so he/he an judge the laxity and size of your breasts and discuss your goals as well.Hope this helps a bit.Best,Dr. Christine Rodgers

Based on this one limited photo- in my opinion in order for you to achieve perky breasts- you would benefit from mastopexy. 

It's hard to tell with such limited data, but I suspect you will want an augmentation/mastopexy.  I think the anchor closure is the most predictable. Good Luck!

The need for a lift is based on the position of your nipples, and it is difficult to tell from your photo exactly where your nipples are. If you only put in
implants, they will cause your breasts to sag due to gravity. A breast lift helps

A Breast Lift in addition to Implants may be helpful to support the weight of the implants. Getting #BreastImplants without a #BreastLift is usually said to be mistake by many patients who reflect back on the decision. Most breasts will look larger and more droopy with solely implants. Additionally, an implant with lift may be useful to re-position the nipples which may have been affected by #ptosis or drooping. Both procedures can typically be done together in the same surgery.asts are reshaped in a pleasing contour and in a more normal position. I prefer to use a #shortscar technique, #LollipopScar or #DonutLift” rather than the majority of surgeons in the United States that use an anchor pattern lift which involve more significant scarring.

Thanks for your question and the photo. It's hard to determine with a single close up photo, but you appear to a good candidate for a breast lift. I prefer the lollipop closure. Thank you for your question and photo.  Based on your pic, I'd say that either a lollipop or anchor incision breast lift with implants would be good options.  Obviously, a physical exam would be required to confirm this.  The more volume you fill your breasts with (implant), the less skin is required to be removed and hence a smaller scar.  This has to be balanced with the size you desire to have.  Be sure to consult with an experienced plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Good luck!
