I have no upper pole fullness. Is my implants bottomed out or nipple too high? (photos)

Based on your pictures, it appears that all of your fullness has descended into the lower portion of your breast.  I think you need a revision of your breast lift.  I would suggest that you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and review your options with you.

Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. Everything appears to be that you have too large implants and your skin is relaxed too much, I would recommend you to have another lift to get the fake look, because you will need to have a lift, hugs!

Yes- your implants have bottomed out.  My advice would be to go with a smaller, gel implant that is textured and beneath the muscle.  You then need your breast tissue and skin re-lifted and tightened for a more beautiful result.  There are lots of great plastic surgeons in Atlanta- I was trained by many of them.  Hope this helps.-JGH

Thank you for your question.  Your implants have bottomed out and are sitting to low. A revisional surgery will correct this problem. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in revisional surgery.

Based on your photos the breast implants have bottomed out. A revision can be done that could include reducing the areola size. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon.
