From the pictures does it look like I will completely lose my my nipple or will it heal? I have been in contact with office and nurses just keep telling me to keep it covered with gauze and abx ointment. I keep loosing more tissue on the nipple daily.

Based on your pictures, it appears that all of your fullness has descended into the lower portion of your breast. I think you need a revision of your breast lift. I would suggest that you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and review your options with you.
